SSR CUBE – Order Bill Type Update v1.0.0.53

DEPLOYMENT ORDER
1. Run order/migrations/2026_09_15_add_order_bill_type.sql in the production database.
2. Upload/deploy the updated web/backend files.
3. Install the matching Android v1.0.0.53 build.

CHANGES
- Web Add Order: mandatory Cash Bill / GST Bill dropdown.
- Android Add Order: mandatory Bill Type step after Branch.
- orders_list.php: Bill Type filter + Bill Type column/badge.
- orders_view.php: Bill Type shown in top summary and customer/order details.
- Both mobile create API and admin create API validate and store bill_type.
- Historical orders remain Not Set; no incorrect automatic classification is applied.
